Safety

Safety is the most important core value at Cosurac Contractors. Without safety, we cannot perform the work we do for the clients we serve. Our clients range from small general contractors to high-end multi-billion dollar organizations that, regardless of size, require each and every one of our team members to operate safely. We implement one of the most rigorous safety programs in the industry. We perform daily safety talks for each and every shift, perform weekly toolbox talks, and participate in multi industry safety standdowns throughout the year. We also perform periodic unannounced safety inspections on our jobsites. All incidents and near misses are meticulously analyzed to uncover root causes. All of our employees are OSHA 30 certified and we attend several safety trainings each year, including on-site job specific trainings, *CPR, One Call, and many others. Our team consists of a Safety Director, HSE, HSEQ, and HSSE Qualified Team Members, and several qualified site Superintendents and Foremen. We perform daily on-site JHA’s, JSA’s, AHA’s and other Standard Operating Procedures that identify and mitigate risks for our work.
